No Dad, No Drama? She walked the red carpet with grace — no dad, no drama, just determination. Princess Andre proved that at 18, she’s ready to write her own story

Princess Andre made a stunning solo appearance at the ITV Palooza in London on Tuesday night, turning heads in a chic black off-the-shoulder gown while being supported by her older brother, Junior.

The 18-year-old model and reality star smiled confidently on the red carpet as she continues to promote The Princess Diaries, her ITV reality show which has just been renewed for two more seasons. But her father, Peter Andre, and stepmother Emily were notably absent from the event — a decision that follows their quiet withdrawal from the show after public backlash from her mother, Katie Price.

A family insider told the Daily Mail that Peter and Emily agreed to “step back” after heated discussions within the family, hoping to ease tensions after Katie accused them of deliberately excluding her. Last August, Katie blasted the show’s producers and Peter’s team for treating her like “trash” and shutting her out of her daughter’s big moments.

Despite the controversy, Princess appeared poised and radiant, accessorising her elegant gown with a sparkling silver clutch and a red poppy for Remembrance Day. Junior, 20, looked equally polished in a patterned blazer and black shirt as he proudly accompanied his sister down the carpet.

Producers reportedly wanted both Peter and Emily to stay on for continuity, but sources said it was ultimately “better for the show to focus on Princess alone, rather than her family life.” With her father stepping aside, cameras will now follow the young star as she takes charge of her career — including a “major beauty gig” in Liverpool and possible international ventures.

Although Peter’s absence marks a bittersweet shift, he is said to be fully supportive of his daughter’s independence. “Everyone just wants the best for Princess,” a source explained. “Now that she’s 18, it’s her time to shine.”
