After years of swearing she’d never set foot in the jungle, Kelly Brook has stunned fans by touching down in Brisbane — officially becoming the first celebrity confirmed for this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The 44-year-old model and presenter looked radiant in a fitted midi dress and heels as she breezed through the airport ahead of the ITV show’s 25th-anniversary series, set to launch next Sunday.

Speaking to The Mirror moments after landing, Kelly said: “It was a long flight. I’m going to miss my dog Teddy, my husband Jeremy, and my food in general! But I can’t wait to see my Auntie Sheila and my cousin — it’s been so long. I’m not sure how I’ll cope sleeping under the stars, though. Hopefully there’s a spare room somewhere!”
Kelly’s appearance marks a complete U-turn from her previous comments in 2018, when she joked there were “a million things” she’d rather do than appear on I’m A Celebrity. On her Heart radio show, she had famously declared: “I don’t want to eat eyeballs or sheep testicles — even if I had a huge tax bill, I still wouldn’t do it.”

Two years later, she doubled down in another interview, saying: “It’s never appealed to me. Mark Wright always tells me how much he loved it, but honestly, I just couldn’t think of anything worse.”
Despite her change of heart, Kelly isn’t the only big name heading Down Under. Other rumoured stars include Emmerdale’s Lisa Riley, ex-EastEnder Shona McGarty, YouTuber Morgan Burtwistle (aka AngryGinge), musician Martin Kemp, comedian Ruby Wax, presenter Alex Scott, and Jack Osbourne — with rapper Aitch and Vogue Williams tipped to join as well.

Meanwhile, Nick Ferrari reportedly pulled out at the last minute after his LBC bosses offered to match ITV’s fee to keep him on air.
Ant and Dec will return to host what insiders describe as “the most memorable series yet,” with producers promising big surprises for the 25th anniversary season.
