Michelle Keegan has captured hearts once again — this time not on screen, but in real life — as she celebrated her very first Mother’s Day with her newborn daughter, Palma.
The Our Girl actress, 37, and her husband Mark Wright, 38, became parents for the first time in March 2025, welcoming baby Palma Elizabeth Wright into the world. The couple had previously announced their pregnancy with a dreamy beachside photo at the end of 2024, writing: “2025 is going to be a special one for us…”
Now, just two months after Palma’s arrival, Michelle shared a series of intimate family photos from her first Mother’s Day. In a heartfelt post, she wrote: “Such a special day from start to finish. Happy Mother’s Day.” The snaps showed her smiling on a sunny family outing in Southend, soaking up the joy of this new chapter.
Fans were quick to show their support in the comments. “Happy first Mother’s Day and many more to come!” one follower wrote. Another added, “Enjoy every single second — it goes by so fast!”

When a caller mentioned being tired from sorting laundry, Mark quipped, “Don’t talk to me about tired!” He went on to joke about “dad eyes,” laughing that no one warns you about how exhausted you’ll look — or feel.
For years, Michelle and Mark faced constant public questions about when they would start a family — pressure Michelle once addressed in a candid interview, where she expressed frustration with the societal double standards placed on women.
