“Cruel Trolls Told Me My Baby’s D.e.a.t.h Was ‘Karma’ – But I Believe Tom Is Looking After Him in Heaven,” Says Heartbroken Kelsey Parker

Kelsey Parker has spoken out in tears about the vile abuse she faced online after the stillbirth of her son, Phoenix.

The widow of The Wanted star Tom Parker, who died from brain cancer at just 33, revealed that trolls sent her sickening messages calling her baby’s death “karma” following the start of her new romance with Will Lindsay.

“There were comments like ‘karma’… I mean, that just shocks me,” Kelsey admitted. “Someone else said I deserved for my baby to die. How can anyone think that? How can anyone believe a mother deserves this pain and loss?”

Some even went as far as to mock the name Phoenix, with one cruel message reading: “He wasn’t much of a Phoenix – he didn’t rise from the ashes.” Kelsey described it as “absolutely heartbreaking” and said she felt she couldn’t protect her baby from such disrespect.

The abuse hasn’t only impacted her, but her family too. “It affected my children, my mum, and my partner. It wasn’t just me,” she said.

Despite the hate, Kelsey insists she is still open to having more children and believes Tom is watching over Phoenix. “The kids know their dad is with the angels now,” she shared. “We’ve said Phoenix has gone with your daddy, and Tom is looking after him for us.”

Last month, during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine, she admitted she couldn’t believe she was “back here three and a half years later” facing another devastating loss. But she added that her children, Aurelia, four, and Bodhi, three, have been her “driving force.”

“My kids are my everything,” she said. “They’ve got me through the darkest times. No matter what, they still need breakfast, school runs, and normality. That’s why I kept going.”
