“YOU’RE NEARLY 40… STOP CRYING!”: David Haye Brands Adam Thomas “Weak-Willed” And Tells Him To “Build His Mental Resilience” As He Delivers A Scathing Response To His I’m A Celeb Co-Star’s “Crying And Moaning” Podcast Amid The Bullying Row

David Haye has reignited his explosive feud with Adam Thomas after launching a savage online rant against the actor following his emotional podcast appearance about their time on I’m A Celebrity… South Africa.

The former boxer, 45, accused Adam of being “weak willed”, mocked him for “crying and moaning”, and insisted the Waterloo Road star needed to “build mental resilience” after Adam publicly described his jungle experience as “bullying”.

The bitter fallout comes after Adam, 37, broke down while discussing his time in the Kruger National Park camp on his Thomas Brothers podcast, admitting he felt emotionally manipulated and “broken” by David’s behaviour.

Adam claimed: “What happened to me in camp was bullying, that is the matter of fact about it – it was bullying.”

But David hit back hard in a new video posted Thursday morning, dismissing Adam’s emotional account as overreaction and “victim energy”.

He said: “Dishing out banter to me and then losing the banter game when I give it back to him — he just starts crying and moaning and he’s somehow still spun it so that he’s the victim.”

David also mocked the emotional podcast episode Adam recorded with brothers Ryan and Scott Thomas, saying he listened to it on “double speed” because he “couldn’t listen to the waffle”.

He continued: “Everyone now is so damn soft it makes me sick. You are rewarded for the softer and weaker you are.”

The retired athlete then doubled down with even harsher comments, claiming Adam lacked resilience and had never experienced “real banter” before entering the jungle.

“I don’t think he’s been around proper guys who have a bit of back and forth and that does build your mental resilience,” David said.

“The little light sprinkling of primary school banter that I gave which was so gentle — he nearly had an emotional breakdown over it.”

The row has now spiralled far beyond reality TV after Adam revealed shocking behind-the-scenes claims about David allegedly trying to psychologically “break” him during filming.

According to Adam, David later admitted: “I’ve never met a nicer guy, I just wanted to break you.”

The actor said the comment left him deeply disturbed, adding: “If that isn’t classed as bullying, then I don’t know what is.”

Adam also accused David of manipulating him emotionally by falsely claiming ITV producers had warned him about Adam’s mental health struggles after he fainted in camp — an incident viewers never saw on screen.

“He got in my head like you wouldn’t believe,” Adam admitted.

“He mind-f***** me. It’s a gift, what he has.”

The emotional winner of the series also claimed ITV “exploited” the tension between campmates during the chaotic live final in London, where David once again accused Adam of “playing the victim” in front of a stunned studio audience.

Meanwhile, reports claim David is now considering legal action against ITV, allegedly demanding damages of up to £10million after insisting he was deliberately edited into becoming the show’s “pantomime villain”.

Sources close to the boxer claim he believes the broadcaster used “propaganda” and selective editing to destroy his public image and cost him major career opportunities.

The scandal has now become one of the most toxic and controversial fallouts in the history of the ITV reality franchise — with fans fiercely divided over whether David’s behaviour was simply “banter” or crossed the line into emotional bullying.
