Vicky Pattison has revealed she is engaged all over again after husband Ercan Ramadan surprised her with a dazzling new engagement ring — months after her original £200,000 diamond was stolen just weeks before their wedding.
The former Geordie Shore star, 38, married Ercan, 32, at London’s Marylebone Town Hall in August 2024, before continuing celebrations with a lavish Italian party in Puglia later that year. But what should have been a fairytale build-up was rocked when Vicky’s emerald-cut diamond engagement ring vanished after her bag was stolen on a train in her native Newcastle.

Now, four wedding dresses, two ceremonies and a year of marriage later, Vicky finally has a glittering rock back on her finger — and she couldn’t be happier.
Sharing the moment on Instagram, Vicky wrote that Christmas came early in their house. She explained that after a turbulent year, a quiet night at home in pyjamas with their dogs turned into something unforgettable when Ercan surprised her with a brand-new engagement ring and matching wedding band. She said losing her original ring before the wedding had been heartbreaking, and that this thoughtful gesture truly made her year — especially as he even chose a new colourway she adored. Vicky added that she would choose him “in this life, and the next.”

The former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! winner has previously described her Italian wedding as the most special and magical day of her life. She admitted that just a week before the ceremony she feared her anxiety would overwhelm her, but walking down the aisle felt surprisingly calm and grounding.
Vicky has spoken openly about living with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), revealing that in the run-up to the wedding she felt depressed, anxious and self-critical. Yet on the day itself, she said she felt free of her usual worries, confident she was making the right choice with the right person, surrounded by the people she loved most.

Vicky and Ercan were introduced by mutual friends and became engaged during a romantic trip to Dubai in 2022. A self-confessed bride at heart, Vicky admitted she had dreamed of her wedding since childhood — and made sure to live out that fantasy in full, wearing multiple statement gowns across both celebrations in London and Italy.
From a lace Leah Da Gloria dress to a shimmering Kyha Studios number, plus bold looks by Vivienne Westwood and Nicole + Felicia Couture, Vicky said every outfit ticked a lifelong box. And now, with a sparkling new ring symbolising everything they’ve weathered together, she says the journey has been worth every twist.
