Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly carried out a ruthless clear-out of his once-tight inner circle, with insiders claiming several famous pals were left “totally blindsided” by what they describe as his increasingly “bizarre” behaviour.
The move comes after January’s bombshell social-media statement in which Brooklyn publicly severed ties with his parents, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, accusing his family of “controlling the narrative”. Now, sources say the fallout has spread far beyond the Beckham household.
Former friends said to have been cut off include Gordon Ramsay’s twins Jack Ramsay and Holly Ramsay, Madonna’s son Rocco Ritchie, and pop star Selena Gomez. Brooklyn, who married Nicola Peltz in 2022, has not been pictured with his old London friendship group for more than five years — fuelling claims his loyalties now lie firmly elsewhere.
When Brooklyn and Nicola renewed their vows at her family’s New York estate last summer, none of his long-time UK friends made the guest list. Instead, the couple celebrated alongside fashion designer Georgina Chapman, her partner Adrien Brody, and Nicola’s glamorous inner circle. Some friends have managed to stay in Brooklyn’s good books — intriguingly, a handful of them are said to be ex-girlfriends.
One of the most striking fallouts involves Anais Gallagher, daughter of Oasis legend Noel Gallagher. Reports suggest Anais was shocked to discover she had been blocked by Brooklyn shortly after his explosive family statement went public. The pair attended the same elite sixth-form college in North London, remained close for years and she even attended his wedding. Friends once described their bond as “incredibly close” and occasionally “flirty”, before tensions reportedly arose over Brooklyn’s widely mocked photography book.
A source claimed Anais felt blindsided by the sudden cut-off, believing Brooklyn feared she might speak out about what really went on — something she has no intention of doing. Another insider added that Brooklyn “doesn’t forget” perceived slights and is now quietly keeping score as his war with his parents drags on, noting who stands with him and who doesn’t.
Brooklyn’s childhood friendship with Rocco Ritchie has also cooled. The pair were inseparable growing up and were often photographed skating together.
