TV presenter and Celebrity Big Brother star Trisha Goddard has shared a worrying new update as she continues her battle with incurable cancer.
The 67-year-old icon, who was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in 2022, took to Instagram to reveal another health struggle: the worsening of her Raynaud’s syndrome — a condition that restricts blood flow to the extremities, often triggered by cold or stress.

In a candid post, Trisha showed followers a photo of her affected fingers, admitting the syndrome — once mild — has intensified significantly due to over a year of chemotherapy and infusions.
“Had it mildly for years,” she wrote, “but over a year of infusions and chemo every three weeks has ramped up my Raynaud’s quite a bit. Ouch!”
Trisha described how even simple actions — like touching frozen food — can cause a “burning sensation” followed by her fingers turning bright red, blue, and then an icy grey/white. “Every so often I forget, and my fingers go painfully numb while they turn the colours of the Union Jack,” she added.

Despite the discomfort, Trisha explained how she’s adapted: wearing gloves while driving to avoid the air conditioning, using napkins to hold cold drinks, and staying vigilant during daily tasks.
She also informed fans that chemotherapy can worsen Raynaud’s syndrome, but with awareness and careful management, the condition can be handled.
Trisha’s honesty has sparked a wave of support from fans, who flooded the comments with messages of love and encouragement. One supporter wrote: “I have this too — and it must be even harder with everything else you’re dealing with. So painful.” Another added: “Bless you, sending love.”
Even as she undergoes ongoing treatment, Trisha remains resilient — refusing to let her diagnosis silence her voice or take away her sharp humour and determination to keep going.
