Stacey Solomon has revealed she has no plans to expand her family any further, admitting at 35 she is dealing with health concerns that may point to the menopause.
The Loose Women star, who already has five children with her husband Joe Swash, made the candid admission during the new series of her BBC reality show Stacey & Joe.
When Joe asked her if their daughter Belle would be their last baby, Stacey responded firmly: “I think that’s our last baby.”

Later, in an emotional heart-to-heart with her sister Jemma, Stacey confessed she feared she was showing signs of early menopause. She explained: “I think I’m going through the menopause. I think I am definitely peri-menopausal, I am so snappy. I am tired.”
Her worries were heightened by the fact that her mother had also gone through menopause in her 30s. Stacey added: “If you could test tolerance, mine would be at an all-time low. I think we’ve always known that on mum’s side, the menopause came early.”

Jemma tried to lighten the mood by joking her sister’s exhaustion was more likely down to “18 children and 17 dogs,” given Stacey and Joe’s chaotic but happy life at Pickle Cottage.
Stacey, however, seemed at peace with her decision, adding with a smile: “If I am going through the menopause and that’s it for me, no more children, then I think… animal sanctuary!”
