Princess Beatrice is reportedly considering a life-changing move to the United States with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi as she struggles to cope with the fallout from her father Prince Andrew’s deepening Epstein scandal.
The royal, 37, has found herself under intense scrutiny in recent weeks after newly released US files suggested Jeffrey Epstein had a more significant presence in her family’s life than previously understood. While Beatrice and her sister Princess Eugenie have not been accused of wrongdoing, the pressure on them to address their connection to the disgraced financier has continued to grow.

Sources claim Beatrice has been left “mortified” by the situation and is now “desperate to hold things together” — not only publicly, but within her own marriage.
Behind closed doors, tensions have reportedly been building between Beatrice and Edo. While she remained in the UK caring for their daughters Sienna and Athena during one of the most difficult periods of her life, Edo was frequently travelling between Miami and Los Angeles to promote his luxury property business.
According to insiders, the timing of his trips could not have been worse. One source revealed that Beatrice “needed a shoulder to cry on” as the scandal surrounding her father unfolded on a global scale, but Edo “wasn’t there for her,” leaving her deeply upset.

Despite the strain, the couple are said to be determined to make their marriage work. Now, they are seriously considering relocating abroad as a way to reset their lives and relationship.
A source explained that moving overseas — most likely to the United States — could offer them a much-needed fresh start, adding that it would “give their marriage a kick start and get it back on track.”
The idea is not without precedent. Beatrice’s cousin Prince Harry made a similar move to California with Meghan Markle, while her sister Eugenie has been splitting her time between the UK and Portugal with her husband Jack Brooksbank.
Insiders suggest Beatrice has taken note of how stepping away from the UK spotlight has benefited her sister, and now sees relocation as a viable escape from the relentless attention at home.
One source admitted bluntly: “If they stay in the UK, they will just be sitting ducks. The Andrew and Sarah situation isn’t going away anytime soon.”

The ongoing police investigation into Prince Andrew — and the possibility of further legal developments — is expected to keep the scandal in the headlines for months, if not longer.
Meanwhile, Sarah Ferguson’s links to Epstein have also resurfaced, adding another layer of embarrassment for the York family. According to insiders, neither Beatrice nor Eugenie are keen to have their mother living with them amid the fallout.
For Edo, the United States also represents a major opportunity. His company Banda has seen rapid growth in recent years, with the American market proving particularly lucrative. He has insisted his recent trips were purely business-related, saying he is simply trying to “build my business.”
Still, questions remain about whether his increasing time abroad has taken a toll on his relationship with Beatrice.
At home, she has been left to navigate the crisis largely on her own — something that reportedly caused significant emotional strain.
Despite everything, those close to the couple insist they are committed to making things work, especially for the sake of their young family, including Edo’s son Wolfie from a previous relationship.
As one insider put it: if leaving the UK is what it takes to protect their marriage and their future, then the move may be inevitable.
