Pregnant Vogue Williams shows off her bump in a crop top as she lifts weights in the gym after revealing she suffered ‘awful and heartbreaking’ miscarriages

Vogue Williams has given fans a new glimpse into her current pregnancy, sharing a gym clip that showed her lifting weights while proudly revealing her growing bump in a white crop top and black leggings.

The 40-year-old TV star, who is expecting her fourth child with husband Spencer Matthews, looked strong and upbeat as she worked out in purple Nike trainers, later telling followers she was “feeling good today”.

But behind the positive update lies a far more emotional story.

Just days earlier, Vogue had spoken candidly for the first time about the pain of suffering two miscarriages — experiences she described as “awful” and “heartbreaking” — and admitted the losses have left her carrying a deep sense of anxiety during this pregnancy.

Opening up in a new YouTube video, Vogue explained that while she and Spencer are thrilled to be expecting another baby, the road to this point had been far from easy. Spencer said the couple were “so happy” but admitted it had been “hard this time round to get to where we wanted”, adding that there had been “more bumps in the road” than before.

Vogue then revealed that her first miscarriage happened before she became pregnant with daughter Gigi. She said it happened very early and, while it was deeply upsetting at the time, everything unfolded quickly and she later became pregnant again.

Her second loss, however, hit in a very different way.

She explained that last year, after becoming pregnant, she had reached the 12-week stage and was preparing to share the news more widely. She had already told some close family members and people at work, but had not yet told her children. When she went for the scan alone, she quickly sensed concern from the doctor.

Vogue recalled being told that although her body was still showing signs of pregnancy, the embryo had not developed as expected. She said she was devastated, admitting she felt “really upset” and even “embarrassed”, despite knowing there was nothing shameful about what had happened. She also said the loss left her feeling as though “my body had failed me”.

The presenter praised the staff at Chelsea and Westminster NHS for the way they cared for her during the difficult time, saying they were “really amazing with it”. She chose to undergo a procedure so she could begin moving forward, explaining that emotionally she found it unbearable to continue feeling pregnant while knowing the pregnancy was no longer progressing.

Reflecting on the aftermath, Vogue said she and Spencer were both deeply affected, and she struggled with having to tell people the sad news after previously sharing her pregnancy with them. She said she later found comfort in going away with her family, where she had space to process everything in private.

Now pregnant again, Vogue said the experience has changed the way she feels this time. She admitted she is “always nervous” and said that even feeling unwell has strangely brought reassurance, because it reminds her the pregnancy is still there.

She also said she wanted to speak publicly in the hope that her story might help others who have been through something similar, adding that there can still be “light at the end of the tunnel”.

Although she is now entering a new stage of pregnancy and beginning to feel more like herself again, Vogue made clear that the fear has not disappeared. Even with the joy of expecting another baby, the heartbreak of what came before still lingers.

For Vogue, this pregnancy is not only a happy new chapter — it is also one shaped by grief, resilience and the quiet hope that this time, everything will be all right.
