Pamela Anderson has finally addressed the rumours that have been following her and Liam Neeson for months — and the truth behind their relationship is even more surprising than fans imagined.
The Baywatch icon, 58, and the Taken star, 73, sparked intense speculation over the summer as they travelled together promoting The Naked Gun reboot. Their warmth, inside jokes and unmistakable chemistry had people convinced they were more than just co-stars. And now, Pamela has confirmed that the whispers were true.
Speaking to People magazine, she admitted: “If you must know, Liam and I were romantically involved for a short while, but only after we finished filming.”

For the first time, Pamela revealed that the pair enjoyed what she described as an “intimate week” at Liam’s New York home — a week that quickly became their own private bubble. “I had my own room. Our assistants both came; even family stopped by,” she said, hinting that their connection was more domestic and grounded than fans realised.
But after what she calls their “romantic lost week”, reality quickly set back in. They drifted apart as they each moved on to new projects and eventually realised they were “better off as friends”, despite the fondness that remains.

Pamela Anderson has quietly reinvented herself over the past few years — and the transformation of the 58-year-old bombshell has become one of Hollywood’s most talked-about evolutions.
After ditching makeup entirely in 2023 and chopping off her signature blonde waves, Pamela stunned fans again this year when she unveiled a bold copper-red dye job that immediately divided longtime followers. But now, the Baywatch icon is finally revealing the truth behind her radical new era — and the surprising simplicity of her so-called “no-makeup” routine.

Speaking to People, Pamela said she relies almost exclusively on her own skincare brand, Sonsie. She explained that she uses the line’s sugar-dipped rhubarb lip balm, tinted moisturiser, and her “miracle” Adapt Cream — a $58 green-tinted formula that neutralises redness and helps her look naturally even-toned. Pamela admitted she didn’t expect the look to resonate: she said she had “no idea people would connect to it so deeply”, but she’s glad it aligns perfectly with Sonsie’s message of being true to yourself.
Conveniently, her bare-faced shift began in 2023 — the very same year she partnered with Sonsie.

When it comes to her hair, Pamela revealed that she normally colours it herself using drugstore dyes. But her recent copper transformation was done professionally, as it was required for a film she is currently shooting, coinciding with her new partnership with haircare brand Biolage.
Although she’s embraced a minimal beauty routine, Pamela insisted she’s “not opposed to makeup”, explaining that she used it as a “form of protection” in the past. Now, she said she has found “another form of freedom” in letting go of that habit.
She admitted that stepping away from glam sometimes catches her off guard. She laughed and said that occasionally she sees her reflection and blurts out, “Oh! Geez, who’s that?” — but she finds the unpredictability fun and liberating. “I feel like I’ve cracked the code. I look like my Instagram photos!”
Pamela also said she now sees beauty “in interesting faces, in older faces”, reflecting how her perspective has shifted.

Beyond her transformation, Pamela has reignited her acting career in remarkable fashion. She received praise for her 2024 drama The Last Showgirl and achieved box office success in The Naked Gun remake alongside Liam Neeson. She’s now filming Love Is Not the Answer with Michael Cera, Jamie Dornan, and Steve Coogan.
A source previously told the Daily Mail that Pamela is thrilled to be “applauded for her toned-down looks” and recognised for her true talent at last. The insider said women around the world have celebrated her natural glow: “Pamela has become an icon who bares her all-natural self.”
They added that while more makeup may have complemented her red-carpet gowns, Pamela refuses to go back to glam “because it simply isn’t who she is anymore.”
