Katie Price hits back at rift rumours: ‘I’m not the enemy’ – Sends emotional message to her children: ‘I only want to protect you’

Katie Price has hit back at speculation of a family rift, declaring to her five children that she is not their “enemy” and isn’t trying to “control” them.

The 47-year-old reality star took to Instagram this week, sharing a heartfelt post about motherhood amid ongoing tensions surrounding her daughter Princess Andre’s new ITV reality show, The Princess Diaries. The message read: “Your mum may not always say what you want to hear, but her heart is always in the right place. She worries when you’re hurting, prays when you’re lost, and stands by you even when the world doesn’t.”

Katie added that a mother’s actions aren’t about control, but protection, saying she may not be perfect but is “the only woman in the world who truly wants what’s best for you, even if it costs her everything.”

The post comes after Princess, 18, launched her show without her mother’s involvement. Katie claimed she has been blocked from attending her daughter’s photoshoots, public signings and promotional events, placing blame on Princess’ management, the CAN Group. “I have not been allowed to go on any photoshoot, no signings, no openings. Why? Because I’m not welcome,” she told listeners on her Katie Price Show podcast.

Despite this, Katie insists there is no feud between them, saying: “Me and Princess have never had an argument. We’re like best friends. She’s just been staying at her dad’s while filming.”
