Dianne Buswell and Joe Sugg have left fans emotional after sharing their very first 4D scan of their unborn baby boy — and the resemblance is already causing happy debate.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer announced back in September that she and longtime partner Joe were expecting their first child together. Since then, the couple have been inviting fans along on their pregnancy journey, offering heartfelt and joyful updates.
In a recent YouTube video uploaded to Joe’s channel, the pair documented a special milestone as they attended a 4D scan appointment. As the midwife explained the sounds coming from the scan, noting that the “whooshing” noises were the baby moving, Dianne excitedly revealed she could feel him, while Joe joked for their little one to stay still.
When their son’s face appeared clearly on the screen, emotions took over. Joe couldn’t hide his reaction, calling the moment “so cute,” while Dianne gasped in amazement, gushing over their baby’s tiny features. Joe was particularly taken by the detail, praising what he described as “the cutest little nose,” before turning the camera on himself as tears welled in his eyes.
Clearly overwhelmed, Joe later reflected on the miracle of it all, marvelling at how Dianne’s body had created bones and features inside her. Back in the waiting room, the couple continued to stare at the scan image, with Dianne repeatedly asking, almost in disbelief, whether their baby wasn’t just unbelievably cute.
Joe also reassured fans about the baby’s position, explaining that one of his feet was tucked up near his head — something the couple took in good humour. As the conversation turned playful, Dianne joked that people might assume their son’s flexibility came from her dancing background, before teasing Joe about his own flexibility.
But it was one comment that truly sealed the moment. Joe confidently told Dianne that their baby boy had inherited her nose — something she happily agreed with, laughing that it was “definitely” hers.
Unsurprisingly, fans flooded the comments section with love, many agreeing that the baby already looks like a miniature version of his mum, while others spotted Joe’s features too.
