Gemma Collins has once again left fans fearing history could repeat itself after an emotional breakdown during the latest episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! All Stars.
The 45-year-old reality favourite, who famously walked out of the jungle after just 72 hours back in 2014, appeared overwhelmed in a teaser clip for Wednesday night’s episode — and her reaction has already sparked major concern among viewers.
During a tense team challenge, Gemma — representing Team Rhino — went head-to-head with Team Lion’s Scarlett Moffatt. The task saw both women lying in bunk beds as they were subjected to a series of frightening surprises.
But things quickly took a turn when the challenge escalated.
After being startled by sudden noises and then splattered in the face with a thick, gooey substance, Gemma visibly panicked and reached her breaking point. Turning to her opponent, she admitted defeat, telling Scarlett: “Forget it, you won.”
Moments earlier, she had already hinted at her struggle while speaking to Craig Charles, confessing: “I don’t think I can take it.”
Her emotional reaction has reignited fears that she could walk away from the show once again — a move that would echo her dramatic exit over a decade ago.
However, despite the meltdown, many fans have been rallying behind Gemma, insisting she’s undergone a surprising transformation since her first appearance.

Following losses by his teammates, including Mo Farah and Seann Walsh, the former boxer grew increasingly frustrated — even joking he would intercept the opposing team’s dinner mid-delivery.
