Freddy Brazier has reportedly flown to Gran Canaria, leaving ex-girlfriend Holly Swinburn at home with their newborn daughter following a bitter fallout that appears to have pushed their fragile relationship over the edge.
The 21-year-old, whose daughter Isla Jade was born in March, is said to have jetted off with a friend of his grandmother Jackiey Budden, while Holly, 22, remained at home caring for the baby. The trip has reportedly deepened tensions between the former couple, especially after an explosive disagreement over whether Jackiey should be allowed to meet little Isla.
According to insiders, Holly was left devastated by Freddy’s decision to leave so soon after the birth. One source said he had “doubled down” after their argument, adding that Holly was especially upset that he had walked away during what should have been one of the most precious and demanding moments of her life as a new mum.
The strain appears to have been building for some time. Holly is believed to have raised concerns over Jackiey’s influence on Freddy, with fears that her presence in his life had become increasingly damaging to their relationship. After the row, Freddy reportedly moved in with his gran, and was later seen carrying bags into her South East London home.
The emotional fallout has also spilled onto social media. The pair are said to have unfollowed each other on Instagram, a telling sign that things had turned sour once again. Holly also shared a video in which Freddy appeared making a rude gesture and saying, “Bye, enjoy, with a dog and a baby — have fun,” in a clip that only added fuel to the drama.
Behind the scenes, Holly is understood to have reached breaking point. She reportedly told a friend, “I’m done with this,” after the latest round of chaos. For Holly, the reality of early motherhood has clearly been far removed from the happy family future she may once have imagined.
The couple’s relationship had already been through a turbulent few months before Isla’s arrival. Holly discovered she was pregnant in August 2025, but they split later that year after Freddy allegedly held a 3am drugs party at her home while she was away. Despite that, they later found their way back to each other, and by February they had reconciled ahead of becoming parents.
Friends had claimed at the time that the relationship had been saved during an emotional reunion at Holly’s baby shower, with Freddy said to be determined to step up. He even declared: “We are stronger than ever, it’s a fresh start for both of us.”
But that fresh start now appears to have unravelled in heartbreaking fashion.
The situation comes against a wider backdrop of family tension. Before becoming a father, Freddy had also been locked in a long-running feud with his dad Jeff Brazier over his close bond with grandmother Jackiey. Yet when news of the pregnancy emerged, the family had reportedly attempted to put differences aside for the sake of the baby.
Now, with Holly focused on caring for Isla Jade and Freddy reportedly miles away in the sun, the latest twist in their troubled story has only intensified concern over whether the young father is truly ready for the responsibilities he once insisted he wanted to embrace.
