Jeff Brazier has reportedly separated from his wife Kate Dwyer after seven years of marriage, ending what insiders say has been a “year of hell” for the family — a year that also saw Jeff’s youngest son, Freddy, go through his own devastating breakup with his pregnant on-off girlfriend, Holly.
Jeff, 46, and Kate, 35, are said to have called time on their relationship three weeks ago, with the TV presenter quietly removing his wedding ring while trying to navigate a turbulent period at home. Sources claim the couple “grew apart” following months of strain linked to challenges involving Freddy, 21, whom Jeff shared with the late Jade Goody.

The PR expert is understood to have moved out of the marital home and returned to her apartment in Hackney. According to friends, Kate has been telling those close to her that she has “had enough”.
A source said the last year “has been incredibly stressful for all of them”, adding: “The pressure exposed every weakness in their marriage. It was one thing after another.”
Complicating the family tension, Freddy himself publicly admitted just days ago that his own relationship had collapsed. The 21-year-old wrote in a gut-wrenching post that he was “a broken man”, that his “relationships are falling apart”, and that he was “scared to be a dad”, confirming fans’ fears that he had split from Holly — who is currently expecting their baby.

Against this emotionally charged backdrop, Jeff has been posting cryptic updates hinting at upheaval. Sharing the view from what he described as his new home, he told followers he had “escaped back to the countryside”, adding that he was trying to find “calm” during a “transitional time in all our lives”.
Kate, meanwhile, has been presenting a very different picture of her life, jetting off to the US Grand Prix in Las Vegas and calling the experience “possibly one of the best days of my life”.
Jeff and Kate first got together in 2013 and married in 2018. They briefly separated in 2022 due to lifestyle differences — Jeff preferring a quiet home life, Kate leaning towards a more social lifestyle — but decided to give it another chance after Jeff admitted he had never felt lonelier.

However, their reconciliation appears to have been short-lived. As early as June, fans raised eyebrows after Freddy posted a TikTok referencing “step parents”, “family issues”, “overthinking” and being “easily manipulated”, prompting speculation that tensions at home were beginning to boil over.
Now, with Jeff and Kate separating once more — and Freddy facing fatherhood alone — the Brazier family finds itself weathering one of the most difficult chapters in its history.
