Coleen Nolan is stepping into a brand new chapter — and she’s doing it with confidence, honesty, and a figure that’s turning heads.
At 61, the Loose Women star is proudly showing off her incredible weight loss transformation, revealing she has dropped from a size 20 to a size 14 — and feels better than ever, both physically and emotionally.

Posing in a series of glamorous outfits, Coleen admitted she could hardly believe the change herself. She shared that for the first time ever, clothes actually fit her perfectly — and some were even too big, needing to be pinned back. She recalled how in the past, photoshoots were often a struggle, with outfits that wouldn’t fit and required clever adjustments just to make them work. Now, she simply looks in the mirror and thinks, “Wow.”
Her transformation has been supported by Voy’s weight-loss programme, which combines medication with clinical guidance — but for Coleen, the results go far beyond appearance.

She explained that she feels significantly better health-wise, with improvements in her back and energy levels. And naturally, her confidence has soared alongside the physical changes.
Still, Coleen is clear that this journey isn’t about chasing perfection. She insisted she doesn’t want to lose any more weight, saying she is happy where she is now and focused on maintaining a healthy relationship with food — and with herself.

Her relationship with food hasn’t always been simple. She admitted she used to eat in both happy and sad moments, but now feels far more in tune with her body and no longer worries about it in the same way.
That renewed confidence has also pushed Coleen into a bold new step — opening her heart to love again on Celebs Go Dating.
After splitting from her previous partner in late 2024 following a three-year relationship, Coleen spent time focusing on herself. Now, she says she’s ready to meet someone new — but this time, she’s doing it differently.

She revealed she had no desire to return to dating apps, instead embracing the idea of finding love on national television. She even called her management to ask if she could take part, admitting she wouldn’t have had the confidence to do it before.
But dating in her sixties isn’t without its challenges. Coleen described it as a “minefield,” explaining that while she often receives attention from younger men online, she questions their intentions. She made it clear she has a firm boundary — she won’t date anyone she could have given birth to.
At the same time, she admitted some men her own age don’t appeal either, especially those who act like life is already over. She said that the moment someone suggests they are “too old” for fun, she immediately loses interest, insisting she still feels mentally much younger and wants someone who embraces life fully.

While she’s keeping quiet about whether she finds romance on the show, Coleen said the experience itself was unforgettable — particularly the friendships she formed with her co-stars.
Away from dating, Coleen remains a familiar face on Loose Women, a role she describes as her “constant” and “like family.” She dismissed any rumours of backstage tension, explaining that the panel supports each other like sisters.
Despite ITV budget cuts reducing the number of shows she appears in, Coleen is taking it in her stride. While she admits it has financial implications, she also sees it as motivation to explore new TV opportunities.
Off-screen, her life couldn’t be more different. On her Staffordshire farm, Coleen swaps glamour for muddy boots, surrounded by animals including horses, pigs, goats, dogs, cats, and chickens — a lifestyle she calls her dream.
Family remains at the centre of everything. As a proud grandmother, she embraces the chaos of family life, even joking about moments when she returns home exhausted only to be handed childcare duties — though she wouldn’t change it for anything.
Her outlook on life has also been shaped by loss, following the deaths of her sisters Bernie and Linda from cancer. Reflecting on this, she said it has made her reassess everything and appreciate how precious time really is.
Looking ahead, Coleen shows no signs of slowing down. She revealed plans for a new podcast with her children and admitted she would happily take on more reality TV — even saying she has “begged” to join Strictly Come Dancing.
For Coleen, the message is simple: life is short, and it’s meant to be lived.
