Vogue Williams has revealed she is expecting her fourth child with husband Spencer Matthews — and the announcement couldn’t have come at a more unexpected moment.
The 40-year-old presenter shared the joyful news during a sun-soaked family getaway to St. Barts, posting a series of glowing beach photos that showed off her growing baby bump. Dressed in a chic black-and-white bikini with a matching sarong, Vogue looked radiant as Spencer gazed lovingly at her.
Surrounded by their three children on the white sands, the couple captioned the post simply: “BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING… ❤️❤️.”
The pair, who married in 2018, are already parents to Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three. And while their growing family paints a picture of happiness, the announcement comes just months after speculation swirled about trouble in their marriage.
Rumours intensified when Spencer stepped back from their joint podcast Spencer & Vogue, and the couple failed to publicly mark their seventh wedding anniversary — sparking whispers of a potential split.
But Vogue was quick to shut down the claims, insisting their relationship remained strong. She previously said that only “their truth” matters, recalling how people questioned their relationship when Spencer left the podcast.
She later addressed the speculation directly, saying it was with great sadness that she had to clarify that she and Spencer were not breaking up, adding that she usually avoids responding to baseless and cruel rumours but felt compelled because the narrative kept resurfacing.
She also admitted her biggest concern was their children hearing such claims at school, calling the situation strange and unnecessarily hurtful. Vogue stressed that they are very happily married and in love, hoping that speaking out publicly might finally put the rumours to rest.
Despite her efforts, she later admitted that addressing the gossip made little difference, suggesting she may not respond next time.
In recent days, however, the couple have appeared closer than ever, sharing affectionate moments from their luxury holiday. Spencer — whose family owns a hotel on the island — was seen showing off his toned physique, while Vogue stunned in bright swimwear and oversized sunglasses.
