Alison Hammond is reportedly set to front the highly-anticipated reboot of Hole In The Wall, after dazzling BBC bosses during the pilot episode.
The beloved This Morning presenter, 50, who once competed on the original series, has been chosen to lead the zany game show when it returns to screens in 2026. A source revealed: “Alison made a splash in the pilot, so it was a no-brainer for bosses. It’s fun, exciting and doesn’t take itself too seriously – just like Alison.”

The format, based on a Japanese game show, sees celebrities don tight lycra suits and attempt to squeeze through bizarre wall cut-outs to avoid being knocked into a pool. The iconic line, “Bring on the wall!”, will once again echo through living rooms across the UK.
The original UK version ran from 2008 to 2009, first hosted by Dale Winton and later by Anton Du Beke. Alison is expected to bring her signature humour and warmth to the reboot, which will begin filming later this year.

This marks another exciting gig for Alison, whose popularity continues to soar. Most recently, she teamed up with her rarely-seen sister Saundra and son Aidan for Celebrity Gogglebox, where the trio delighted fans with their banter and family chemistry.
Speaking about the experience, Alison said: “I’m so excited to be doing Celebrity Gogglebox with my son Aidan. We’ve always loved watching telly together, and now we get to do it on the sofa for the nation! My fabulous sister Saundra is getting involved too – expect laughs, eye-rolls, and classic Hammond commentary!”

With a full series now confirmed, Hole In The Wall looks set to make a big splash once again — this time with Alison firmly at the helm.
