Zara McDermott has seemingly secured the all-important family approval in her blossoming relationship with Louis Tomlinson — and fans are already wondering if a wedding might be on the horizon.
The former Love Island star was snapped cosying up to Louis’ sister Lottie at Glastonbury Festival, their arms wrapped around each other in a sign of unexpected closeness. The photo, shared by Lottie on Instagram, has sent social media into overdrive, with fans speculating this could mean something much more serious is brewing.

Zara, 28, and Louis, 33, have only been dating since March, shortly after her split from Sam Thompson. Yet their relationship has rapidly intensified, with romantic trips to Costa Rica, Los Angeles, and now Worthy Farm — where things seem to be heating up not just between them, but within Louis’ inner circle.
Lottie, 26, a makeup artist and influencer, appeared entirely comfortable with Zara, even choosing to highlight their time together in her festival photo dump. One fan wrote, “YOU AND ZARA OMG,” while another added, “Nice when your siblings and partners get along so well!” The comments section was filled with heart emojis and even early wedding jokes, with one fan cheekily asking, “Bridesmaid duties next, Lottie?”

Adding fuel to the speculation, insiders noted that Zara’s appearance at Glastonbury — and the effort to bond with Louis’ loved ones — might signal they’re in it for the long haul. “This weekend was a great way for Zara to meet more of Louis’ mates,” a source shared, hinting the couple might be laying foundations for something serious.
Louis kept things low-key in a graphic football shirt and cargo trousers, while Zara wore an all-black Adidas outfit and sported a sleek ponytail. Although Louis opted to camp out with his friends — reportedly even setting up a tent solely for booze — Zara stayed offsite, perhaps keeping her options open while still showing full support.

Away from the mud and music, Zara recently opened up about her public breakup with Sam Thompson, calling the media attention “non-existent drama.” She says she now values real relationships over social media facades, adding that she’s become “a totally different person” since her Love Island days.
As for Louis, he recently made a surprise appearance supporting Zara at a charity panel for Refuge, where she spoke passionately about tackling violence against women and girls.
And while their Glastonbury appearance has fans swooning over their connection, some are already asking: with family on board and the drama behind them, could Louis and Zara be the next surprise engagement of 2025?
