Jessie J has shared an emotional and uplifting update with fans, confirming that her breast cancer is “all gone” following recent surgery.
The 36-year-old singer, who previously revealed she was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer, took to Instagram Stories to open up about her recovery journey, both physically and mentally.

“All gone. My nipple is where it used to be. I can watch Love Island without guilt,” she shared with a mix of relief and humour. She added that she’s been resting, spending time with friends, and embracing the slower pace, with her mum now living with her and her young son Sky bringing daily joy.
Despite the good news, Jessie remained raw and honest about the physical challenges post-surgery — from difficulty sleeping, sneezing pain, to issues with digestion due to anaesthesia and medication. “I just wanna poo,” she joked in her stories, admitting she’s tried everything from prunes to juices.
She also praised her partner, basketball player Chanan Colman, for making her feel “safe” through massages and emotional support.

Jessie reflected on the mental weight of the diagnosis, admitting that the fear of whether the cancer was truly gone had taken a toll. But now, she feels ready to focus on healing — body and soul.
Her last public performance before surgery was at the Summertime Ball, where she told the 80,000-strong crowd it would be her final show before treatment. “This is my last show before I go beat breast cancer,” she told fans, holding back tears.
Ending her message with gratitude, she reminded everyone: “We are so lucky, we have so much to live for, so much joy, so many things to do.”
