Katie Price ‘Heartbroken’ as Son Harvey Faces Life-Threatening Health Crisis
Katie Price has revealed her devastation over the worsening health of her eldest son, Harvey, whose weight has now reached a dangerously high level. The 22-year-old, who lives with multiple health conditions including Prader-Willi syndrome, septo-optic dysplasia, and autism, is reportedly at a “life-threatening” stage due to severe obesity.
The former glamour model took to social media to share her growing fears, explaining that Harvey now weighs nearly 30 stone (around 188kg). His condition, Prader-Willi syndrome, causes an unrelenting sense of hunger, making it incredibly difficult for him to control his eating.

Speaking emotionally on Snapchat, Katie said: “I’m absolutely heartbroken and gutted that his weight just keeps going up. I just googled it—188kg is only a few kilos away from 30 stone. It’s life-threatening now.”
She added, “I’m still waiting to hear back from the doctors about starting him on Mounjaro to help him on his journey towards a healthier life. It’s so sad—his quality of life is so limited right now. He can’t do much, struggles to walk or even put on his shoes.”
Despite the challenges, Katie affirmed her love and commitment to Harvey: “He’s at high risk of a heart attack, but I love him and I’m going to help him through this.”
Earlier this year, Katie shared that Harvey had begun a course of weight-loss injections, which doctors hope might aid in managing his condition. Speaking to The Sun, she explained: “The good thing about the medication is that if it has any side effects, it can be stopped, since it’s administered weekly. He’s had dietitians, we’ve tried everything—it’s just how he is. The doctors want to try this treatment for at least one to two years, adjusting the dosage as needed.”
