Jesy Nelson marked her 35th birthday in glamorous fashion as she shared a series of stunning swimwear snaps, while continuing to receive widespread praise for her deeply emotional documentary chronicling the lives of her twin daughters.
The former Little Mix star looked radiant as she showcased her toned figure in a pink and green floral bikini top paired with a matching green skirt. Wearing her hair in loose curls and opting for glowing makeup, Jesy posed confidently as she reflected on a new chapter in her life.
Alongside the photos, she simply wrote: “Whatever will chapter 35 bring.”

The birthday celebrations come at a particularly significant time for the singer, who has been applauded for opening up about the challenges faced by her daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, who were born prematurely in May last year and later diagnosed with Type 1 Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).
In her upcoming Amazon Prime documentary, Jesy Nelson: Life Changing, viewers are given another intimate glimpse into the family’s reality.
One particularly heartbreaking scene reveals a spare room filled with medical supplies and toys the twins are unable to use. Jesy’s mother, Janice White, explained: “This is actually quite organised but it is all their stuff they can’t use and all their medical stuff, their feeding tubes and stuff, but it upsets Jesy if she sees it downstairs, so we keep it up here.”

Showing cameras an unused elephant rocking chair, she added: “It is all things we bought like toys, and nothing was suitable because everything has to be specialised because of their spines.”
Janice revealed she had suggested donating some of the unused items, saying: “I said, ‘you should donate them to the hospital and things, they need it’. Hopefully, someone else will get the benefit of them.”
The new documentary follows Jesy’s ongoing campaign to introduce nationwide SMA screening for newborn babies across the UK.
Last month, the singer celebrated her daughters’ first birthday with an emotional tribute, reading the famous poem Welcome To Holland by Emily Perl Kingsley over a montage documenting the twins’ first year and their medical journey.
In the moving message, Jesy wrote: “I cannot believe it has been a whole year since having my beautiful baby girls. They have been through so much…”
She continued: “My tiny little super humans. The strongest, most resilient little fighters I’ve ever known. You inspire me and every single person that ever meets you both.”

Since learning of her daughters’ diagnosis, Jesy has become a passionate advocate for early screening. Although Health Secretary Wes Streeting recently announced plans for more than 400,000 babies to be tested from October 2026, the singer warned that access will initially be limited to certain parts of England.
Speaking to fans, she said: “It is a bit bittersweet because basically they are only doing it in certain areas of England, so if you do not live in that certain postcode or part of England then your baby won’t be tested for SMA, which is really sad.”
She added: “It’s essentially a postcode lottery for your baby which shouldn’t be the case. All babies’ lives matter.”
Despite the progress being made, Jesy vowed to continue campaigning until screening becomes available nationwide.
“I’m going to keep pushing and trying as much as possible to get this so it is in all areas of England,” she promised, before thanking supporters for helping a petition reach 100,000 signatures.
“That is all down to you guys so thank you so so much, you’re incredible and I am so appreciative of all the support and love.”
