Katie Price has admitted she is stepping back from the search for her missing husband Lee Andrews, insisting she cannot allow the ongoing mystery to “ruin my life”.
The former glamour model, 47, said she is now leaving the matter to the authorities after a week of confusion, fear and public speculation surrounding Lee’s disappearance.
Speaking on The Katie Price Show podcast, Katie said: “There’s nothing I can do, nothing more that I can say. And the police are dealing with it. I’m just leaving it to the police.”
She added that the British police, British consulate, Foreign Office and Interpol were now involved, explaining: “All I can do is just get on with my life.”

Katie, who married Lee in January, has maintained fears that he may have been kidnapped after receiving a series of alarming messages in which he claimed he had been arrested and taken to a “black site”.
But after days of anxiety, she said she was taking a step back for her own wellbeing. “What am I supposed to do, sit here and cry and do nothing, stay in bed?” she asked.
“For my own sanity, I am taking a step back.”
Katie also appeared aware of growing questions around the case, after reports claimed Lee had been active on WhatsApp since his disappearance. Her podcast episode was tellingly titled: “My tentacles are up, I am not stupid.”

She later insisted she would no longer be making comments about the situation, saying: “I’ve got so many exciting things come up, and I’m not letting this ruin anything.”
Katie said none of Lee’s family had heard from him, including his father in Dubai and relatives in the UK. She previously said her anxiety had been “sky high” after his final messages, including one that read: “It’s a black site, I love you… I’m in the van… just being detained wtf.”
For now, Katie says the case is no longer in her hands — and she is determined to keep moving forward.
