The jungle legend found himself at the centre of one of the most ruthless twists in I’m A Celebrity… South Africa history, after losing a brutal head-to-head trial that left him with an impossible decision: send one of his own teammates home.
Facing off against former player Jimmy Bullard in a stomach-churning eating challenge dubbed “Beastly Braai,” Harry stepped into the arena knowing defeat would come at a cost — but not this cost.
The pair battled through a horrifying menu that included lamb brain, fermented tofu, impala eyes, intestines, and even wild boar penis. With campmates watching in disbelief, Jimmy joked before the trial: he admitted it felt surreal going up against his old gaffer and said he had never won a penalty shootout in his life.
Harry, trying to stay composed, revealed he had one unexpected advantage — he said he couldn’t smell, after losing his sense of smell in a car crash back in 1990.
But even that wasn’t enough.
After both men powered through five revolting dishes, the trial came down to a final tie-break drink — a foul mix of fermented fish and tofu. Harry admitted he wasn’t very good at downing drinks quickly… and it proved costly.
Jimmy finished first, securing victory for Team Rhino — and leaving Harry to face the consequences.
As the celebrations began, hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly pulled Harry aside with devastating news.
Dec told him bluntly that he now had a huge decision to make. It was time for the first celebrity to leave camp for good — and Harry alone would decide which member of his own “kingdom” would be sent home.
