Olivia Bowen has stunned fans with her incredible post-baby transformation — but behind the glowing before-and-after snaps lies a harrowing story she says she will “never” forget.
The former Love Island star, 32, proudly revealed she has dropped over a stone just months after welcoming her daughter Siena, whom she shares with husband Alex Bowen, 34, alongside their three-year-old son Abel.

Taking to Instagram, Olivia shared a series of candid clips documenting her journey, revealing she has spent the last 12 weeks training with personal coach Maria Gilbert. Thanking her trainer, she wrote that Maria had helped her “gain my pink back” and added: “Now let’s get to the next 12 weeks of work.”

In another heartfelt post, Olivia admitted she never thought she’d feel confident enough to share her progress, praising the support she received. She explained that despite breastfeeding, sleepless nights, and even going on holiday, she had still managed to lose over a stone and become “a hundred times stronger in the gym.”
But the transformation comes after a deeply traumatic birth experience that left the reality star fearing for her life.

Speaking previously, Olivia revealed she “could never go through childbirth again” after suffering a major haemorrhage during Siena’s delivery. The ordeal was so severe that the couple have now decided not to have any more children — with Alex undergoing a vasectomy.
Opening up about the terrifying moment, Olivia recalled how her planned home birth took a sudden turn when something didn’t feel right. After hours of labour, she was rushed to hospital, where doctors discovered her bladder had dropped and was blocking the baby’s exit — forcing her to undergo an emergency C-section.
She described the fear as overwhelming, remembering how she began to feel dizzy moments after Siena was born. Medical staff urgently called out the amount of blood she was losing as the numbers rapidly climbed.
“I remember thinking don’t close your eyes,” she said, admitting she feared she might not survive.
Olivia ultimately lost 2.8 litres of blood — a life-threatening amount — and later reflected on just how close she had come to dying, calling the experience “very, very scary.”

Despite the trauma, she has since expressed immense gratitude to the NHS, saying doctors were “absolutely incredible” and crediting them with saving her life.
While Olivia says she has now processed what happened, Alex admitted he was left deeply shaken, calling it the worst thing he has ever witnessed.
Now, as she rebuilds both her strength and confidence, Olivia’s transformation tells a powerful story — not just of physical change, but of survival, resilience, and a mother determined to reclaim herself after facing the unimaginable.
