Ruth Langsford has reportedly been left “in absolute shock” after learning that her ex-husband, Eamonn Holmes, is now being supported by a third younger female friend following their recent split.

The couple, both 64, announced the end of their 14-year marriage in May. Since then, Eamonn has been linked to relationship counsellor Katie Alexander, 42, and celebrity facialist Lisa Harris — both described as emotional pillars for the GB News presenter during the separation.
But now, sources claim Ruth has been blindsided by the revelation that Eamonn is also leaning on 40-year-old podcaster Hayley Sparkes. Hayley posted cosy photos of herself with Eamonn on Instagram, taken during a recent interview for her travel podcast.
While no romantic involvement has been confirmed, insiders close to Loose Women host Ruth say she’s deeply unsettled by the pattern. “Ruth is in absolute shock,” one source revealed. “Knowing there’s yet another woman he’s turning to makes her wonder how many more there could be. It all feels never-ending.”

According to the insider, Ruth feels “let down” and “devastated”, as though Eamonn had been “living a secret life this entire time.”
“She never imagined this. It’s not just the end of a marriage — it’s the realisation that the man she thought she knew isn’t who he really was.”
Though Ruth has kept a brave face in public, friends say she’s hurting behind the scenes. “She’s always been so good at smiling through the pain, but those closest to her know she’s struggling,” the source said. “It’s going to take her a long time to recover.”
Representatives for both Ruth and Eamonn declined to comment.
