DJ Fat Tony Continues to Mock Victoria Beckham After Wedding Dance Reveal — Prompting Vic to Cut Ties with Him

DJ Fat Tony appears to be drawing a firm line under his long friendship with the Beckham family, continuing to stir controversy amid the explosive fallout sparked by Brooklyn Beckham’s claims about his mother’s behaviour at his wedding.

Victoria Beckham found herself under intense online scrutiny after Brooklyn accused her of dancing “inappropriately” with him during his lavish wedding celebrations. The bombshell allegation quickly ignited social media, with fans speculating wildly about what the awkward moment might have looked like.

Fat Tony, who attended the reception, added fuel to the fire by likening the incident to Lucy Punch’s infamous over-the-top dance in the BBC comedy Motherland. His remarks soon landed him a spot on ITV’s This Morning, where he attempted to clarify what he witnessed — though it’s clear he has little intention of letting the story fade quietly.

At his sold-out Full Fat Brunch show at The Anthologist on Saturday night, the DJ took another cheeky swipe by blasting the Spice Girls’ hit Wannabe, a not-so-subtle nod to Posh Spice herself. According to one party-goer, Victoria’s dancing has been “all anyone’s talked about all week”, adding that Fat Tony’s song choice “said it all — even without a word”.

Earlier this week on This Morning, Fat Tony insisted the moment was far from salacious. He told hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley there was “no slut-dropping, no PVC catsuits, no Spice Girl action”. Instead, he claimed the issue was timing. He explained that Marc Anthony, who was performing at the reception attended by 500 guests, invited Brooklyn on stage. As guests expected Nicola Peltz to join him for the first dance, Marc instead called “the most beautiful woman in the room” — summoning Victoria to the stage.

While stressing that he wasn’t attacking either side, Fat Tony admitted the situation had become painfully public. He said Brooklyn was deeply upset by issues stretching back years, noting that sometimes small moments can become enormous flashpoints when emotions are already raw.

Brooklyn’s six-page Instagram statement accused his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, of ruining his life and made clear he had no desire to reconcile — even with his siblings. He also alleged his mother deliberately tried to cause tension between him and Nicola, claiming his wife had been “consistently disrespected” by the family.

The drama deepened when Afton McKeith, who dated Brooklyn in 2017, insisted the statement was entirely Brooklyn’s own words and that Nicola had no role in writing it — underlining just how personal and painful the feud has become.
