Mickey Rourke is reportedly preparing legal action following his sudden departure from Celebrity Big Brother UK. The 72-year-old actor left the reality series after being warned for making inappropriate and offensive comments toward fellow contestant JoJo Siwa, including remarks about her sexuality and alleged threatening behavior.

Although no physical confrontation occurred, producers considered Rourke’s behavior unacceptable and discussed his exit with him. Shortly after, he was no longer part of the show.
According to his team, the show knowingly cast Rourke for his outspoken persona, only to exploit his image for attention and then publicly humiliate him. His manager claims that despite their prior agreement, Rourke is now being denied the full payment he was promised for participating.

They also criticize the show for continuing to use Rourke’s name and image in promotion even after his departure, calling it disrespectful to his career and legacy. His legal team is said to be pursuing claims for breach of contract and defamation, seeking both proper compensation and a restoration of his reputation.
Rourke is determined to fight back, insisting that the situation has gone beyond creative disputes and into territory that impacts both his livelihood and public image.
