“I Will Reveal Everything” – Ruth Langsford Speaks Out for the First Time as She Teases Explosive Truths Amid Divorce From Eamonn Holmes

Ruth Langsford has hinted that she is finally ready to tell her side of the story, teasing the release of her first-ever memoir amid her ongoing divorce from husband Eamonn Holmes.

The 65-year-old broadcaster revealed that her upcoming book, Ruth Langsford Feeling Fabulous, will explore “the ups, the downs and the lessons” that have shaped her life — a promise that comes less than two years after the collapse of her 27-year relationship with Eamonn, 14 of them as husband and wife.

Taking to Instagram, Ruth admitted she feels both excited and nervous about finally publishing the deeply personal project. She said 2026 marks a huge milestone as she prepares to share stories from her life, including the good, the bad and the moments that made her who she is today. She added that she hopes readers will enjoy the book as much as she enjoyed writing it, confirming its release date as February 26, with signed copies already available to pre-order.

The memoir announcement comes as Ruth and Eamonn continue to avoid publicly addressing one another following their June 2024 split. While Ruth has remained single, Eamonn moved on swiftly and is now dating relationship counsellor Katie Alexander, who is 22 years younger than him.

Behind the scenes, Ruth has been quietly rebuilding her life. The Loose Women star recently revealed she has been attending counselling since the breakdown of her marriage, describing therapy as “very powerful” and something that has given her practical tools to cope.

She explained that counselling helped her untangle the end of a long relationship and stop it from holding her back, admitting that while she once saw nothing but fear and darkness ahead, she now feels a sense of calm and optimism about the future. Ruth even hinted that she hasn’t ruled out love entirely, saying she now sees light where she didn’t before and is determined not to crumble.

The former This Morning co-hosts are yet to officially divorce and are reportedly locked in a bitter dispute over finances, including the possible sale of their marital home. Meanwhile, Eamonn has also spoken of being “ruined” financially following a long-running HMRC dispute linked to his ITV career.

With her memoir now just weeks away, Ruth appears ready to reclaim her narrative — on her own terms.
