Aitch ‘Fuming’ And ‘Quietly Feuding’ With Shona In the Final After She Called Their Bond a ‘Sibling Relationship’ — And the Cold Moment He Ignored Her Only Made Fans More Certain

I’m A Celebrity fans are buzzing with speculation after claiming Aitch looked “fuming” and “unable to look at” Shona McGarty during the grand final — just hours after she publicly referred to him as her “sibling.”

As Angry Ginge and Tom Read Wilson sat down with Ant and Dec for their final interview, cameras panned to the previously-eliminated contestants, including Shona, who had finished in third place, and Aitch, who exited in fourth.

But instead of the warm chemistry fans had seen earlier in the series, viewers immediately noticed an awkward shift. One fan wrote on X that “Aitch seems a bit p****d off tonight,” while another insisted, “Aitch can’t even look at Shona. He’s devastated.” Others suggested the rapper looked “fuming” after Shona implied he was “scared of the jungle” — before putting him firmly in the “sibling zone.”

Earlier in the season, Aitch openly admitted to Ginge that he had “a bit of a soft spot for Shona,” and the pair’s playful moments — from cuddling during trials to wrapping their legs around each other in a joking playfight — had fuelled romance rumours.

But after leaving the jungle, Aitch finally addressed the speculation. Speaking to The Sun, he said he had “just heard” about the romance chatter and insisted it wasn’t like that at all. He explained that he and Shona simply bonded over music, saying they were “cut from the same cloth” with the same sense of humour. He added that Shona often talked to him because of his music career, and joked that fans romanticised them only because “no one’s going to say she had a romance with Martin Kemp… because Martin’s married.”

When asked directly if a romance could happen, Aitch shut it down immediately, saying there was “no chance” and calling Shona “just a good friend.”

Yet fans aren’t convinced the tension is over — especially after the on-air moment where he appeared stone-faced next to Shona as the finalists were crowned.
