Inside Jamie Laing’s wife Sophie Habboo’s extravagant baby shower with celeb pals at luxury London hotel: “I’ll punch anyone who dares to kiss my baby!”

Sophie Habboo has pulled out all the stops for her baby shower — and yes, it was every bit as extravagant as fans expected.

The Made in Chelsea star, who is just weeks away from welcoming her first child with husband Jamie Laing, looked radiant in a chic white turtleneck mini dress as she celebrated at the five-star Rosewood London hotel.

Joined by close friends and family, Sophie hosted the event in a private dining room draped in white flowers and soft candlelight. The elegant tables were laid with personalised Gigi & Olive napkins, while the brand’s founder, Georgie Le Roux, was on hand to capture every detail of the day.

Despite jokingly calling it a “relaxed” affair, the setup was far from low-key — TV cameras were spotted filming what’s believed to be part of Sophie and Jamie’s upcoming Disney+ docuseries chronicling their journey into parenthood.

Sophie also posed with her pregnant stylist Emily Coleridge, both affectionately cradling their bumps and captioning their photo, “We’re mommys.”

Jamie, meanwhile, couldn’t resist bringing his signature humour to their joint podcast Nearly Parents, where he laughed about their long “dry spell” and Sophie’s quirky pregnancy fears. The pair revealed they’ve chosen to keep their baby’s gender a secret, with Jamie teasing that Sophie recently asked, “Can I get pregnant again?” — before she hilariously clarified that she’d read about a “baby getting pregnant inside the womb.”

Amused but exasperated, Jamie replied, “Sophie, that’s not true. You think someone’s baby got pregnant in the womb?” to which she earnestly responded, “God forbid — I just want to protect my baby.”

The couple first announced their pregnancy in June and are now counting down the days to meet their little one — in true Laing-Habboo fashion, surrounded by laughter, luxury, and love.
