Lisa’s £31M Revenge! Ant’s Ex Buys Third House and Isn’t Slowing Down

Lisa Armstrong is wasting no time turning heartbreak into bricks and mortar. The celebrity makeup artist has snapped up a third home, this time near Oxford, as she continues to build a growing property empire with the help of her £31 million divorce settlement from ex-husband Ant McPartlin.

The latest addition to her portfolio is a four-bedroom house worth over £700,000, located in a familiar area where she grew up. It’s not yet confirmed if she’ll move in or rent it out, but extensive renovations are reportedly planned.

This new purchase joins the £2.3 million west London mansion she kept in the split, and the £3.8 million property she bought in 2020 – which she transformed with a pool, gym, and gazebo. Despite a fire in 2023 causing £1 million in damages to the former marital home, Lisa is proving herself to be a savvy property investor.

Lisa and Ant announced their separation in 2018 after 11 years of marriage. Just months later, Ant made headlines for crashing his car while over the legal drink-drive limit. He later entered rehab, took a 10-month break from television, and eventually married his former assistant Anne-Marie Corbett in 2021. The couple welcomed their first child, Wilder, in May 2024.

Lisa briefly found love again with James Green in 2020, but their three-year relationship ended quietly in August 2023.

Now, as she focuses on her future, Lisa is channeling her energy into property — and showing the world what reinvention really looks like.
