Karren Brady has stunned fans in recent months with her incredible weight loss, but the 56-year-old Apprentice star surprised onlookers this week by ditching her glamorous Instagram-ready image for a much more natural look.
The West Ham vice-chairman swapped designer dresses for a simple trench coat and a £5,000 Chanel handbag as she stepped out in London makeup-free, a far cry from her recent posts showing off her tiny waist in a gold Chanel belt and full glam styling.
Earlier this month, Karren revealed she had also undergone Exion skin-tightening on her arms, explaining the procedure “uses radiofrequency and ultrasound to boost collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer skin – all with no needles, no pain, and no downtime.”
But her followers were far more focused on her head-to-toe transformation. Many rushed to comment that she looked “too skinny,” with some speculating about Ozempic use – something the Baroness has consistently denied. “Nope, bloody hard work,” she insisted last year, saying she wanted to be a “fit and healthy grandma” after her daughter Sophia gave birth.
Karren admitted she doesn’t weigh herself but believes she’s lost more than a stone through exercise and healthy eating. She explained, “It’s okay losing it – it’s keeping it off. I feel better for it, and now everything I put on fits.”
