Amanda Owen has left her loyal followers concerned after her latest Instagram video from Ravenseat Farm, where many pointed out a striking change in her appearance.
The 50-year-old shepherdess, who first rose to fame on Channel 4’s Our Yorkshire Farm in 2018, shared how she spent her bank holiday weekend surrounded by sheep and two of her nine children. Wearing a simple grey bralette, Amanda told her 540,000 followers: “Morning! Here is another guaranteed way to lose friends… sorting these out!” as she filmed herself clipping her animals’ nails in the barn.

While some fans praised the wholesome content, others could not ignore her slimmer frame. One follower admitted, “I’m never one to comment on how someone looks, but out of pure concern I really hope you’re okay and taking care of yourself.” Another added, “It’s sad that Amanda’s significant weight loss is getting all the attention, but I’m concerned too – out of genuine love for Amanda and her lovely family.”
Others, however, reassured her with positivity: “Looks like a perfect weekend,” one wrote, while another gushed, “Beautiful family.”

Amanda, who split from husband Clive Owen, 69, in 2022 after 22 years of marriage, continues to balance life on the farm with raising nine children and fronting her Channel 4 spin-off Our Farm Next Door. Earlier this month, Channel 4 confirmed there will be two more series, documenting the Owen family as they transform a derelict farmhouse into a new home.
Speaking of the renewal, Amanda said she was “beyond delighted” to continue showcasing “this unique and beautiful part of our British countryside” and praised the crew for working through “unimaginable chaos of both children and animals.”
